Admission Process
The Edmund Burke Academy school admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
Edmund Burke Academy evaluates each applicant on the basis of academic and assessment records, teacher recommendations, good character, maturity, and motivation.
Admissions Process & Forms
- Review the Parent and Student Handbook.
- Schedule an appointment to visit our campus. We welcome all prospective students and their families to tour our facilities and allow us the opportunity to answer any of your questions.
- Request all transcripts, report cards, disciplinary records, shot records, and standardized test scores from previous schools.
- Submit the above data with an Application for Admission in person at the school’s main office.
Immunization Records & Age Requirements
All these documents are available at your doctor's office or local health department.

- Immunization Form #3231 with Tdap and Meningococcal conjugate vaccines

- Immunization Form #3231 (MCV4) meningococcal shot or booster shot -- age 16 or older
