EBA's high school curriculum is designed to prepare students for entrance into post-secondary educational institutions. English, mathematics, science, social studies and foreign language provide the foundation of EBA's high school curriculum. Anatomy is offered for the college bound student with a medical career in mind.
Our technology classes offer software education including basic techniques in formatting of correspondence and reports in Microsoft Word. Students also learn elements for web design using HTML coding. Excel, Access and PowerPoint are also emphasized.
With an increased focus on SAT scores for college entrance, Edmund Burke Academy also offers an SAT preparation course that concentrates on test-taking skills. Summer reading also continues from middle school through the 12th grade.

Joint Enrollment Opportunities
Edmund Burke Academy offers Joint Enrollment opportunities for students who wish to take college level coursework for credit towards both high school and college graduation requirements. Eligible students must meet certain criteria. For more information, please click here
Graduation Requirements
The semester system is utilized by the school and courses either encompass the full school year (one unit) or one half of the school year (1/2 unit). 23 units are required for a college prep endorsement diploma. 22 are required for general diploma.
